Get rapid alerts for significant heart rate changes due to conditions such as Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), tachycardia, exercise, or other activities.

TachyMon was developed by the creator to assist his niece, Alex, who was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) in the fall of 2021. POTS is becoming increasingly common, particularly among young women. POTS sufferers often experience fatigue, brain fog, rapid heart rate increases, and other symptoms. Alex frequently experienced fainting (syncope), which seemed to be triggered by rapid increases in her heart rate or when her heart rate surpassed a specific threshold (in her case, 150 BPM). Alex finds that the TachyMon alerts help her take necessary precautions when her heart rate is elevated, allowing her to prevent fainting and regain some control over her POTS symptoms.
TachyMon is a straightforward, specialized app that may also benefit others with POTS or individuals who require heart rate monitoring in similar scenarios.
Integration with Apple Health:
TachyMon seamlessly integrates with the Apple Health app, storing workout data, including heart rate information.
